my journey from almost getting fired to today
In 2014 I found myself in trouble at work. I was offered mentorship by a senior colleague named John. Over time, John helped improve my performance. In 2015, I decided to go on a journey of personal growth and then joined a leadership group. I gained valuable insights and leadership skills, which positively impacted my family and work. Inspired by my own transformation, I started a coaching business to help others. My journey would not have happened, if it hadn’t been for John mentoring me. Now, I want to help others. I cannot emphasize the importance of learning from mentors, associating with positive people, reading good books, and listening to educational audios.
